If you'd like to finally find ease with food, discover comfort with your body (without needing to change it!) and improve your overall health and well-being, I'd love to support you. See below for details.
For your convenience, I offer online dietitian appointments on Thursdays 9am-8pm and Saturdays 9am-12pm. Online appointments are a great way for us to work together, no matter where you live. You will receive the same support as you would for in-person appointments without the hassle of driving, finding a park, paying for a babysitter or even getting out of your PJs (no judgement here!).
At the time of your appointment, we will catch up via a secure telehealth program called doxy.me. This program allows us to connect via video online, with no need to download anything or purchase any fancy equipment. You can simply click on the link provided when it's time for your appointment, and you'll be all set!
What to expect from your dietitian appointment
I understand that it can be a little intimidating seeing a dietitian for the first time, particularly if the non-diet approach and intuitive eating are new to you. You can learn more about what to expect in your initial assessment and review appointments here, and you might also like to check out this blog post for some further information as well.
Your first appointment will be $129 for 60-75 minutes and follow up sessions are $99 for 45-60 minutes.
Medicare rebates via Chronic Disease Management Plans are not available for online appointments.
If you have an eating disorder, you can claim Medicare rebates of $53.80 per online consultation (up to 20 visits) if you are referred by your GP or psychiatrist via an Eating Disorder Plan. Please note that where you live impacts your eligibility for claiming rebates on online appointments, but you may still be eligible to claim rebates for face to face appointments under this plan. Please speak with your GP or psychiatrist to determine if you are eligible. Click here if you would like to learn more about the new Eating Disorder Plan.
Please check with your private health insurer to determine your level of cover and eligibility for rebates for online appointments. Following your appointment, you will be provided with a copy of your invoice to provide to your private health insurer to process if eligible.
Payment will be taken at the end of each appointment via credit or debit card. Full payment is required at the time of your appointment. Medicare rebates will be processed following your appointment, and an invoice will be provided for you to claim your private health insurance rebate if eligible.
Please make contact at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel following this time or you don't attend, you will be charged the full amount of your missed appointment. This fee is required before further appointments can be made and is not covered by your private health insurance fund.
