Until further notice, all appointments will be via phone or online.
Medicare rebates are now available for online and phone dietitian appointments, via a Chronic Disease Management Plan or Eating Disorder Plan from your GP if you are eligible. Medicare rebates will be available for online appointments until September 2020.
Please check with your private health insurance provider to determine your eligibility to claim rebates for online or phone appointments.
Cancellation fees will be waived until further notice. If you are unable to attend your appointment, as much notice as you are able to provide is much appreciated.
Previous policies relating to fees, cancellation and in person appointments will be reinstated upon removal of this message.
